As well as assisting with negotiations between the two parties, usually via correspondence, we can also make use of formal and informal mediation procedures – our objective always being to aim to resolve the dispute in a cost effective manner without involving the courts, unless absolutely necessary. If the matter does end up in court, we are experienced in managing all the legal work relating to dispute resolution, including gathering evidence, managing the court deadlines and continuing the negotiations.
