Children

When couples separate, disputes may arise concerning a child or children. This may relate to where the child should live, contact arrangements with the non-resident parent, or specific issues relating to holidays, schooling or surname.

Where agreement cannot be reached, we can advise and assist with negotiations. We can also make the appropriate application to the Family Courts for an order dealing with residence, contact, prohibited steps, specific Issues and / or parental responsibility.
