Driving Offences and Criminal Defence

If you have received a driving summons, we have specific experience in this area. We can offer you advice and represent you as necessary.

We also take on privately-funded criminal defence cases - although we no longer get involved in Legal Aid work. The partner who handles these matters has appeared regularly in the Magistrates’ Courts for the last 25 years, both as a prosecutor and a defence advocate, and has wide-ranging knowledge of the system.
