Discrimination

Discrimination in the work place can take many forms.  If you feel that you are the subject of discrimination, it is important to seek advice.

Whether it is related to your gender, race, sexual orientation, religion or beliefs, age, disability, pregnancy and maternity, marriage and civil partnership, either directly or indirectly, discrimination in the eyes of the law is unacceptable and action can be taken.

If you feel you are being treated differently because of any of the above characteristics and your employer cannot show that the treatment is unrelated to that factor, then it may be possible for you to bring a discrimination claim in an Employment Tribunal. We can consider the situation and advise you of your legal rights as well as your options for resolving the problem.
