Trusts

As part of making a Will, you may wish to use Trusts for lifetime Estate planning, for example, passing money to children or grandchildren so that it is not taxed on your death.

By placing money into a Trust, it ensures that funds can be protected until children reach an age where they can manage the funds responsibly – usually 18 or over.  You can also do this to help get your children onto the property ladder, or to provide for vulnerable or disabled family members or friends.
