Lasting Power of Attorney

A Lasting Power of Attorney, commonly known as an LPA, is a legal document that gives a person or persons of your choice the power to deal with your affairs should you become unable to do so for any reason.

This can be as a result of loss of mental capacity, illness, or as a result an accident. It can only be created if the person making it still has mental capacity to do so.

We can deal with the whole process for you from drawing up the Lasting Power of Attorney, notifying anyone who needs to be informed, as well as acting as a certificate provider to registering it with the Office of the Public Guardian.
