Performance Management

We understand that being called to a performance management meeting can be a worrying prospect.  However,  if you feel this is unfair and wrong you should consider taking advice.

If you disagree with your employer and do not feel you have been performing badly then say so. Your employer should provide you with a copy of its Performance Management Policy.

 

Performance management should be fair, decisions should be based on merit, and employers must not discriminate in the way they manage performance.
